The Gospel of Greed

"If anyone advocates a different doctrine and does not agree with sound words, those of our Lord Yeshua HaMashiach, and with the doctrine conforming to godliness, he is conceited and understands nothing; but he has a morbid interest in controversial questions and disputes about words, out of which arise envy, strife, abusive language, evil suspicions, and constant friction between men of depraved mind and deprived of the truth, who suppose that godliness is a means of gain. But godliness actually is a means of great gain when accompanied by contentment" - 1 Timothy 6:3-6

Listen to these prophets for profit prostitute the Gospel of our Lord Yeshua for their own financial gain.

Why do these men seem to prosper when those who preach and teach sound doctrine struggle and walk down narrow roads?

And why do so many seem to believe their lies and twisted doctrines?

It is because the "gospel of greed" appeals to the innate desires of man; in that many have fallen for the "Lie." "You shall be as God!"

In 2 Thessalonians 2:11 the Apostle Paul talks about the "lie" that many will fall for; because of HaSatan - the Adversary. As there in only one faith (Jude 1:3); there is the one "lie" that is contrary to the One True Faith - the Faith in Yeshua our Messiah. This lie began in the Garden of Eden when the serpent spoke unto Adam and Eve; "For God knows that in the day you eat from it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil" - Genesis 3:5. And it is this "lie" that the enemy has been telling since the beginning. And it is this "lie" that so-called believers in Messiah continue to fall for because of teachers and pastors who have given themselves over to depraved minds and the love of money.

"Contend earnestly for the faith which was once for all handed down to the saints" - Jude 1:3

"Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly are ravenous wolves" - Matthew 7:15

How serious has modern Christianity heeded the words of Messiah concerning His warning of false prophets? Listen and hear with your own hears the words of these so-called "men of god."

Either many have heard their words and agree with their false teachings or simply choose not to hear them; and are therefore misled.

Have the false teachings of Satan invaded the body of Messiah? Yes. And according to the Bible these teachings will continue to spread like gangrene (2 Tim 2:15-17). We are to be grounded in the Word of G-d. Don't be deceived. These men are not teachers of the G-d of the Bible. They themselves have become deceived and because of this are deceiving others.

"Indeed, all who desire to live godly in Christ Jesus will be persecuted. But evil men and impostors will proceed from bad to worse, deceiving and being deceived" - 2 Tim 3:12-13

Heed the Words of Messiah. Be careful that you are not misled by such teachers as these. If you are involved in such teachings and are under such men who abide in these teachings; leave them now; have nothing to do with them. You have fallen for the deception and are serving another Messiah.

"But the Spirit explicitly says that in later times some will fall away from the faith, paying attention to deceitful spirits and doctrines of demons" - 1 Tim 4:1

"See to it that you are not misled; for many will come in My Name, saying I am He, and, the time is near. Do not go after them" - Luke 21:8

John Hagee's false teachings

Hear for yourselves in this video clip posted on Youtube (from Hagee Ministries) concerning the false teaching the Jesus did not come to be the Messiah.

"I am the Way, the Truth and the Life, no comes to the Father but through Me" - John 14:6

If Yeshua did not come to be the Messiah; then what did He come for?

How does a Jew get to Heaven? The same way everyone gets to Heaven; by believing and putting your faith in Yeshua HaMashiach; Yeshua the Messiah.

"Since Jesus refused by word and deed to claim to be the Messiah; how can the Jews be blamed for rejecting what was never offered?"

Mr. Hagee, may I submit to you Messiah's own words when he spoke to the Syrophoenician Woman, (a Gentile)?

"I was sent only to the lost sheep of the house of Israel" - Mt 15:24

And let us not forget the tearful words of Messiah unto His people Israel (the very ones He came to save).

"Jerusalem, Jerusalem, who kills the prophets and stones those who are sent to her! How often I wanted to gather your children together, the way a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, and you were unwilling" - Mt 23:37.

How can John Hagee possibly believe and teach that Yeshua did not come to be the Messiah? Are you reading out of a different Bible? Do you not remember the astonishing claim that Yeshua made when He was asked directly if He was the Messiah; who you say He refused to be?

"But Yeshua remained silent. The high priest said to him, "I charge you under oath by the living God: Tell us if you are the Messiah the Son of G-d." "Yes, it is as you say," Jesus replied. "But I say to all of you: In the future you will see the Son of Man sitting at the right hand of the Mighty One and coming on the clouds of heaven." Then the high priest tore his clothes and said, "He has spoken blasphemy! Why do we need any more witnesses? Look, now you have heard the blasphemy" - Mt 26:63-65

Or what about His response when He read the Scroll of Isaiah in the Synagogue concerning the prophecy of the One who was to come and accept to be the Messiah of Israel?

"And He closed the book, gave it back to the attendant and sat down; and the eyes of all in the synagogue were fixed on Him. And He began to say to them, "Today this Scripture has been fulfilled in your hearing" - Luke 4:20-21

Mr. Hagee, you have been deceived sir. And in your deception you are deceiving others. I pray for you and those who are under you. Repent and put down those false teachings. Come to the One who was, who is and who is to Come - Messiah Yeshua.
