Gunman opens fire on Israelis working at mall in Denmark
By Barak Ravid, Haaretz Correspondent, and The Associated Press
A gunman wounded two Israelis working at a packed central Denmark shopping mall Wednesday, Danish police said.
The two wounded men are Israelis in their 20s, police spokesman Lars Thede said. He said it was too early to speculate on whether they were targeted because of their nationality.
One of the wounded was shot in the arm and the other in the leg, police said. Their condition is unclear.

The shooting took place at the Rosengaard mall in Odense, 170 kilometers (105 miles) west of Copenhagen. It occurred around 3:30 p.m. (14:30 GMT), when the mall was filled with people doing last-minute shopping before the New Year's break.
Thede said a video surveillance camera showed a man in his mid-20s pulling out a gun before opening fire.
"We cannot say whether he is Palestinian, Iraqi or where he is from," he said. "It is too early to say whether this has something to do with what happens elsewhere."
Alem Dervisevic, an eyewitness, told TV2 that he thought fireworks were going off when the shooting occurred.
But then we saw gun rounds on the floor, we saw people running and shouting, Dervisevic told TV2. "I saw blood and a man lying down near Kvickly (supermarket) and ambulance people picking him up."
The men, who were selling hair-care products, had been harassed by a group of youths in recent days, Denmark's Ritzau news agency said.
According to the B.T. newspaper's Web site, a man shouted something in another language and opened fire. Another Israeli inside the hairdressing shop threw a chair at the gunman, the newspaper said.
The shooter escaped in a dark vehicle.
The Foreign Ministry believes that the attack was related to anger over Israel's offensive on the Gaza Strip.
*Note: The guman/gunmen were later identified as Arab youths by Israeli National News.

Unjust Occupation?

It is amazing that throughout this "conflict" between Israel and Hamas, people (even here in America) are continuing to defend the actions of the Palestinian terrorist organization Hamas. After Hamas fired a barrage of over 6000 missiles into Israel, what is Israel expected to do?
If it were the other way around; or any other country, no one would blame them. Yet, because it is Israel..., the nations cry foul. This is especially amazing, since there is no such thing as Palestine or a Palestinian people. The people of "Palestine" are Arabs not Palestinians. The area of Palestine was occupied by Greeks, and was never an Arab or "Palestinian" land.
I believe what is also insulting is that many liberals will continue to suggest that Islam is a religion of peace, there are just a few bad apples that spoil it for the rest. However, if it were Christians or Jews acting in such a way, liberals would condemn the whole lot. And as a matter of fact they do.
Israel has every right to defend herself. And the nations should quit trying reward the "Palestinians" for their bad behavior by giving them more land or cowering to their demands.
Volunteer suicide bombers seek to attack Israel
By ALI AKBAR DAREINI, Associated Press Writer Ali Akbar DareiniTEHRAN, Iran – Hard-line Iranian student groups have asked the government to authorize volunteers to go carry out suicide bombings in Israel in response to the Israeli assault on the Gaza Strip.
The government of President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad had not responded to the call by Wednesday. Five hard-line student groups and a conservative clerical group launched a registration drive on Monday, seeking volunteers to carry out suicide attacks against Israel.
In an open letter to Ahmadinjead, the students said "volunteer student suicide groups ... are determined to go to Gaza. You are expected to issue orders to the relevant authorities in order to pave the way for such action." A copy of the letter was made available to The Associated Press on Wednesday.
Volunteer suicide groups have made similar requests in the past and the government never responded to their calls. Some hard-liners have claimed previously they succeeded in secretly sending bombers to Israel, but their claims have never been verified, and there has not been any sign of Iranians carrying out suicide attacks in Israel — raising the likelihood the groups' activities are mainly for propaganda purposes.
The hard-liners started signing up volunteers after Iran's supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, issued a religious decree Sunday saying anyone killed while defending Palestinians in Gaza against Israeli attacks would be considered a martyr.
The groups claim that more than than 10,000 people throughout Iran have registered as volunteer suicide bombers in the past three days. At a gathering Tuesday in Tehran, hard-liners were distributing registration forms to volunteers.
"How can I remain indifferent while defenseless Palestinians are being butchered," said one volunteer, Ali Reza Takrim Namini, as he filled out the registration form.
Another, Mostafa Babaei, vowed, "I'm willing to sacrifice my blood in support of Islam and in defense of Palestinian Muslims."
The volunteers wore white shrouds symbolizing their willingness to die and headbands with the slogan "Defenders of Gaza" and "Ready for Martyrdom." Most of those registering were members of the Basij militia, a hard-line paramilitary group that has tens of thousands of members and is often involved in drumming up popular fervor against Israel and the West.
Israel's bombardment of Gaza, whick has killed hundreds of Palestinians, has sparked outrage in Iran and throughout the rest of the Muslim world. Israel says it launched its campaign in retaliation for rocket fire aimed at civilians in southern Israeli towns by Hamas. Iran is Hamas' main backer, providing it considerable financial aid, though Tehran denies sending it weapons.
Protesters have held daily rallies outside the Egyptian interests section in Tehran, as well as the Jordanian and Saudi embassies, protesting what they call inaction by Arab nations. On Thursday, hard-line students threatened to storm the Egyptian mission unless Egypt open its Rafah border crossing with Gaza, a step Cairo has refused.
Late Tuesday, a branch of the Italian clothing retailer Benetton in northern Tehran was set fire, apparently as part of a protest. The state-owned newspaper Iran reported the attack, repeating a claim often made by hard-liners that the chain is "affiliated to the Zionist network." The branch showed minor damage, with some burned clothes and scorch marks.

Israel Strikes Back at Hamas
After Hamas launched an attack on Israel; Israel decided to defend herself with airstrikes aimed at Hamas in the Gaza Strip.
No doubt many here in the U.S. and abroad will cast blame upon Israel; claiming that Israel is at fault. Many are already claiming that these airstrikes were the acts of "Zionist Terrorists." And the United Nations have already condemned Israel for the airstrikes against Hamas.
Yet, no one said a thing when Jordan killed 10,000 to 25,000 "Palestinians" in one month (September 1970)- that's more "Palestinians" than Israel killed during the three years of increased Palestinian homicide bombings that began with al dura hoax - the second intifada, in the fall of 2000. And when tyrant nations such as Iran vow to wipe Israel off the face of the earth; who comes to Israel's aide?
And what of this new Obamanation administration that is about come into office? Can Israel depend upon it? I highly doubt it. President-elect Obama is not a friend of Israel and Israel knows that. What choice does Israel have but to defend herself, while those around her constantly reward those who wish to destroy her?
If Israel had struck first, and Hamas defended themselves then nothing would have been said. However, because Israel chose to defend herself, the nations are in an uproar against her. Let us not forget that Israel has the same rights as every other nation has; the right to defend herself from those who wish to destroy her.
I have doubts that the "Free-Nations" of the world will come to Israel's defense. Israel has every right to defend herself and her interests. Yet, my fears are that many in the free-world will side with those who hate Israel and want to destroy her.
"Pray for the Peace of Jerusalem; may they prosper who love her" - Ps 122:6

Why I Don't Celebrate Christmas
Now, I know what many of you might be thinking; "How can you not celebrate Christmas, the Savior's Birthday?" However many reasons there are that might compel one to celebrate Christmas; there is one major reason not too - It's not Biblical.
Christmas is not a Biblical holiday; it doesn't even point to Messiah. To Jewish believers in Messiah Christmas has nothing to do with the birth of Messiah. And as far as non-believing Jews go; "How can you expect them to come to believe in Jesus if so many celebrate His birth on the day that the Temple was desecrated (Antiochus Epiphanes)?" "And not only that, but December 25th is also the birthday of Tammuz, the son of Semiramis, the wife of Nimrod (Tower of Babel). Why would G-d send a Messiah who was born on the same day as the pagan gods? He wouldn't and He didn't.
Yeshua was born during the Feast of Tabernacles. This was the time when many Jews believed that the Messiah was supposed to Come. And He did; in the person of Yeshua; "And the Word became flesh, and dwelt (Tabernacled) among us, and we saw His glory, glory as of the only begotten from the Father, full of grace and truth" - Yochanan 1:14.
Many say, "We know that Jesus wasn't born on Christmas Day, but we observe it anyway, to celebrate His birth." However good these intentions are, they are wrong intentions; "You shall not worship their gods, nor serve them, nor do according to their deeds; but you shall utterly overthrow them and break their sacred pillars in pieces" - Exodus 23:24 G-d specifically commands us not to celebrate the way the pagans do. Many might say, "Well, that was in the Old Testament, things have changed." Well, let's take a look at what Yeshua Himself said; "Do not go in the way of the Gentiles..." - Matthew 10:5.
G-d is very clear, we are not mix the Holy with the profane. There is a deep pagan history behind Christmas (and Easter) that has nothing to do with our faith. As a matter of fact, Christmas was outlawed by early Believers in the United States because of its pagan heritage. However, it eventually seeped into the Body of Messiah and is now so entrenched that many don't realize its pagan origins. "Well, it may have started out pagan, but we Christians changed the meaning." However, why should it be observed in the first place? G-d had already setup His Feasts to point us to Messiah.
Let's look at who was born on Christmas Day:
1. Tammuz (son of Semiramis aka Easter - the Queen of Heaven)
2. Krishna
3. Mithra
4. Horus
5. Buddha (of Asia)
6. Quetzalcoatl
7. Hercules
These are just to name a few. However, stories of immaculate conceptions were later added to each one of these demigods (half god/half man) origins. And all were either persecuted or crucified and a couple were even resurrected. And all modern Christianity has done has lumped our Messiah in with these so-called saviors. This is why it is so important not to mix the holy with the profane. And many Jews know of these legends and see no difference between the Jesus of Christmas and the sun gods of the winter solstice. And each one of these gods is an enemy of the One True G-d and His Messiah Yeshua.
Why would any Jew come to believe in Jesus Christ, especially if He has nothing to do with Torah, the Feasts and the true origins of the Messiah? The Messiah would never destroy Torah, He would never abolish the Law and the Feasts of the L-rd. Messiah would not come to tear us away from what He established in the first place. Anyone who would, is a false Messiah and is not of G-d.
G-d gave us a timeline; a prophetic calendar that would reveal to us the Messiah and His mission. And He did it through the Seven Feasts of the L-rd; and Christmas is nowhere in the picture(neither is Easter). And the Messiah who would come, would have to fulfill the Feasts of the L-rd, not the pagan feasts of Christmas and Easter.
The L-rd strictly forbids His people to celebrate as the pagans do. Yet, year after year, trees are setup, glory is given to a man in red suit who sees all and knows all and many try to call it holy. The people of G-d should know better; as the mission of the enemy is destroy all that G-d has established: “He will speak out against the Most High and wear down the saints of the Highest One, and he will intend to make alterations in times (feasts) and in Law (Torah); and they will be given into his hand for a time, times, and half a time” - Daniel 7:25
Yeshua, in His own words stated; "Do not think that I came to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I did not come to abolish but to fulfill" - Matthew 5:17. If we truly believe this, then why would Messiah do away with Torah and the Feasts? He wouldn't and He didn't. The Bible says that Messiah is the end of the Law (Romans 10:4). However, many have taken this mean that Yeshua did away with Torah, when it actually means, the opposite. Yeshua is the goal of Torah, not the destroyer of Torah.
I am not here to condemn anyone who might celebrate Christmas or Easter. However, as a believer in Messiah, I am obligated to point out the truth. These so-called holidays have nothing to do with Messiah. G-d has already established for us wonderful ways to celebrate His Messiah; the Feasts of the L-RD. You might say, "Well, I'm not Jewish." What does that have to do with anything? The Feasts are not the Feasts of the Jews, they are the Feasts of the L-RD:
“The L-RD spoke again to Moses saying; Speak to the sons of Israel and say to them, The L-RD’s appointed feasts which you shall proclaim as holy convocations; My appointed feasts are these…These are the appointed feasts of the L-RD, holy convocations which you shall proclaim at the times appointed for them” - Leviticus 23:1,4.
"Tell Aaron and his sons to be careful with the holy gifts of the sons of Israel, which they dedicate to Me, so as not to profane My holy name; I am the LORD” - Leviticus 22:2
Shalom

The Shack Uncovered
"After reading the popular novel, The Shack, I find it necessary to bring to light some of its errors. The book is like a deep ditch covered with beautiful flowers — sadly, many Christians are falling into this ditch." --Dr. Michael Youssef
Many believers are putting their trust in this book "The Shack." Many have bought into the heretical book; and are passing along this "life-changing" book to others. However, this book if full of heresy and is dangerous.
Here are some of the heresies that The Shack promotes:
1. G-d the Father was crucified with Messiah
2. G-d is completely limited by His love and cannot practice justice
3. On the Cross G-d forgave all humanity regardless if they repent or not
4. That any hierarchacal structure, whether it be in the Assembly or in the government is evil
5. G-d will never judge people for their sins
6. That there is no hierarchacal structure in the G-d Head
7. G-d submits to human wishes and choices
8. Justice will never take place because of love
9. Yeshua is walking with all people in their journeys to G-d
10.Yeshua is constantly changing and being transformed
11.No need for faith or reconciliation with G-d; all will make it to Heaven
12.The Bible is not true, because it reduces G-d to paper
Clearly, what is written in the pages of The Shack is heresy; and contrary to G-d's Word.
I read of a testimony from a non-believing Jewish woman commenting on how insulting she believed that The Shack was to the doctrines of Christianity. Here is a non-believer, who sees the heresy of The Shack and yet millions of so-called believers are buying this book up and many pastors and Christian celebrities are promoting it and singing its praises. Surely, their eyes are closed to the Truth of G-d's unchanging Word.
"Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from G-d, because many false prophets have gone out into the world" - 1 John 4:1
